A Letter to the Easter Bunny

Connor was excited to write her letter this year. She even made sure to include instructions... I just love this kid!

Another year down and another year wiser.

It sure is a blessing to have such a charming, witty, playful, sweet, caring and energetic little girl. That list could go on. Every day I am reminded how lucky I am to be a mommy and to this little girl to boot! I will forever love learning about her as she grows with each year. The thought of continuing to witness her grow brings so much joy and fulfillment to my heart, a happiness I never imagined. And the thought of this next year bringing just as exciting memories as last year is definitely something to look forward to. I love you, Connor. Happy 4th birthday!

Why is being four going to be so much more fun? ... Because you get to go to a big kid class and I can drink from my own juice box.

What are you going to do this year when you are four? ... Go to the beach and build sand castles. Oh! and fly on an airplane. To see Kaitlyn.

Happy St. Patricks's Day!

A huge celebration growing up was getting together with all our family and eating corned beef and cabbage. A tradition my parents continued even when we moved to Georgia.

I look forward to it because it is such a great time with our family. We have so much fun together and spend the majority of that time laughing. So thankful for all my blessings.

My Very Own Stuffie

Commercials definitely do their job of marketing to my child. She has wanted a Stuffie ever since she started watching TV. We've ignored her, of course, until her Meme and Gangy needed a gift suggestion for her birthday.

The first words out of her mouth, "Now I can hide all kinds of stuff from my brother when I get one!"

She is currently stuffing this thing with Barbies. I think she's on her eighth one.

... with friends and beautiful weather is a great combination! I'm so glad we got out today to enjoy it. I'm assuming it is only a glimpse of what our spring/ summer Sundays are going to look like!

Build A Bear Bonanza

Connor received a gift card to Build A Bear for her birthday. She had no idea about the store and kept asking, "How am I actually going to BUILD this bear!?!" It was really cute.

We had family day today since J is attending a conference in Chicago later this week so we decided to go "build this bear".

She loved every bit of this experience and is already asking for a sister for "Belle". Nope. Just one. That's all we need!
