Kristin, Kaitlin and Charlie come to Visit!

We only get to see this crew two times a year but thankful for that! Kristin and I decided to take the kiddos to the zoo this time. The girls had a blast and were pooped when we finally left.

They were our tour guides and proved to know how to read a map!

We fed the canaries and Charlie loved this!

Every time we go to the zoo, Connor begs to ride the carousel. She and Kaitlin both got their wish!

Kristin and I had a great time and the kids did too! I hate to think about not seeing them until Christmas. By then, our new addition will be here! Cannot wait to meet his sweet little face!

Memorial Day: Part Three

The pool. We had to end our awesome weekend with a trip to the pool with our friends.  Connor has been so scared to go down the slide the past couple of summers but showed an interest this weekend! It's too funny because she does not like to go under so whoever was up to take her down, got the 'how to take me down the slide successfully' talk. I just love this little girl:

Memorial Day 2013: Part One

I just love being with family and friends.  Any holiday or occasion is best when you have those people around you. I've grew up like this and I can thank my parents. I hope Connor and baby Whit will appreciate their experience with being surrounded by family and friends growing up.

We have a lot planned this weekend, with family and friends! 

It started at Stone Mountain with Connor's first camping trip with Grandpa! She was so excited and has had an absolute blast with her cousins. A couple of late nights, s'mores and hikes have left a lasting impression on this little girl.

Baby Whit's Debut!

We're pregnant! Can't wait to meet our little boy. November 4th will be his real debut!

Race for the Cure

Every year we walk in the Susan G. Komen breast cancer walk. This year wa the first year my mom participated. She is usually there to cheer us on.

The experience was so inspirational, especially watching her walk the survivor walk. I love my mom so very much and to witness her strength through such hard times makes me want to be even more like her.
