Thanksgiving 2011

This year my side of our family went to the mountains in Helen and rented three condos.  It was honestly so much fun for all of us.  It isn't that often we get EVERYONE together because my side is so big.  So we wound up staying a week!

There was sooooo much for the girls to do... and I enjoyed watching everything they did together.  They just love each other and now that Connor is older they play together and share similar experiences.  I tried to do my best with capturing all the activities that were involved with this week but there was so much that we did that I know I forgot something.  We hope your Thanksgiving with your family was as relaxing and memorable as ours.

We decorated gingerbread cookies,

We fished (and didn't catch anything!),

Ran and played and ran and played,

Took family pictures in front of the GIANT turkey,

Rode in the back of trucks,

made crafts with leaves,

sat by the fire and listened to wholesome music,

Played hide-n-seek (great job, Kerri!)

Played with Matthew who is almost ONE!

Did I mention put-put? Yup. That too.,

Watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade,

Enjoyed one another's company as we walked through the mountains,

and fed horses.

Did that seem like we were busy that week?  I didn't think so...
