She is Keeping us Busy!

Justin and I went to see Tuttle on Sunday. He and Elizabeth are doing great! He is really cute ans SUPER quiet. I don't remember that part :) Amy came over last week to see Connor walk. She will still take four to five steps but no more than that. Hopefully the next time we see Amy, she will be walking! I am not at all trying to rush her; I just can't wait to see her actually become a walker! She is growing so fast.

She has gotten a lot better at feeding herself. For breakfast we give her hot flax seed and oats cereal which is super sticky so it sticks to her spoon. Needless to say, it is healthy and a little easier for her her to feed herself.

I was straightening the kitchen when I realized that she was being really quiet. So, I turned on my camera and look at what I found. She is so funny and keeps us busy!

Polo Grounds

We found the best hidden secret! There is a polo field about 3 miles from my house. It is a private residence but their property is so big that they allow people to walk, bring their bikes, strollers and dogs to enjoy the pretty scenery and of course, the horses! We went there for the first time this afternoon and Connor loved the horses. Oscar was a little hesitant and even got spooked a couple of times but I think the more we go the easier it will be for him.

I have been ....

HORRIBLE about blogging! I can't really say why other than I am constantly losing my camera. It is horrible! So, what I am going to do is post some of Connor's professional pictures we got taken a couple weeks ago. Enjoy!

Justin told me about this the other day. I caught her in the middle of it today. What a mess!

The LIttle Girl...

is walking! She has taken a couple steps over the last three weeks but nothing serious.  It would only be here and there and she didn't seem interested at all.  I was in no rush because I knew that it would come eventually. We just kept having her take steps between us in hopes that it would build her confidence.  Well it did!  She first took eight steps and then it was five steps and then it was seven steps, all were over four steps in a row.   It was so neat and the look on her face is priceless when she does it.  I would have had video and pictures but I lost my camera again. I know; I need to attach it to my wrist.  I am not too good with keeping up with it.

I have had the BEST spring break with Connor.  I have loved every bit of it.  She is such a joy and pleasure to spend time with.  I knew this already but very rarely get the time to be with her all day.

We had just the best day today.  We went to gymnastics which she LOVED!  While there, we did forward rolls, hung from the parallel bars sang lots of songs and banged on sticks.  She was all over the place.  I think I am going to sign her up for the summer because she loved it so much and I think that it is great for her to be with other children and also for me to meet mommies in the Smyrna area.

Tomorrow we are to Athens to go to the G-Game and also to meet Sarah Kathryn Hodges!  We can't wait to hold her and give her lots of hugs and kisses.  I hope to find my camera/  I am so lost without it!
